The Facilities & Procurement Department at SVUSD cover many areas of school business. All new construction and project management are overseen by Ms. Katie Kolbly, Director. All of the purchases for the District are handled by Ms. Joan Ellis, Purchasing Agent. Deliveries of goods, food, and mail are handled by our 2 warehousemen, Mr. Les Yarber (Yermo Warehouse) and Mr. Paul Bates (Fort Irwin Warehouse). All members of the team have a part in asset management, from the time of purchase through the time of disposal, after an item has exceeded its useful life. Our goal is to provide goods and services to the District so that the needs of staff and students can be met quickly and efficiently.
