Transitional and regular Kindergarten Roundups began May 18th for the 2016-2017 school year.
**THE DOB for 2016-2017 KINDERGARTNERS MUST BE ON/BEFORE 09/01/2011**
Students who turn 5 between 09/02/2016 and 12/02/2016 are eligible for TK* (First year Kindergarten)
*NOTE: TK is not a mandatory grade to enroll in. If the District enrolls a child into Kindergarten and that child has not met the age requirement, the District can be sanctioned by the State.
In order to enroll your student, we must have the following:
- Birth Verification (Official birth certificate or passport)
- Immunization (shot) record
- Proof of Address (must be a utility bill or rental/lease/mortgage agreement)
- Oral Health Assessment (Kindergarten, First Grade)
- Report of Health Assessment for School Entry (Kindergarten, First Grade)

**INTRA-DISTRICT TRANSFER OPEN ENROLLMENT THRU MAY 30, 2016**
The Open Enrollment period for requesting an Intra-District Transfer for the 2016-2017 school year has started. If you would like your child to attend a school other than his/her school of residence, you must turn in an Application for Intra District Transfer Open Enrollment form (below) to your school of choice no later than May 30, 2016.
**REMEMBER** If your child is currently on an Intra-District transfer for the 2015-2016school year, YOU MUST RE-APPLY for the 2016-2017 school year. Failure to do so WILL result in your child being withdrawn from our enrollment.
Any/All applications turned in after the deadline of MAY 30, 2016 will be placed on a waiting list.
