2016 Senior Information

As graduation rapidly approaches, we’re providing this information sheet to help in your planning.

February 23 - Last day to place your Josten’s Cap/Gown Order

April 7 - Cap and Gown Delivery

May 9 - Graduation Tickets Distributed - Each graduating senior will receive 10 tickets. If you need additional tickets, your parents must email Ms. Jo at: jnemec@svusdk12.net.

Graduation Practice Permission Slips Distributed

May 17 - 20 - Senior Finals

May 19 - Senior Awards Night - 6:00pm

May 23 - 7:30am - Senior Panoramic Picture and breakfast burritos from Chris Harrell Studios in the quad area at SVHS. You must wear your Cap and Gown in order to be in the picture.

Graduation Practice - Barstow Community College from 9:00am to 11:00am
May 24 - Graduation Ceremony – 6:00pm – Barstow Community College Gymnasium– Please go to the BCC

Science Wing by 5:30pm
May 25 - Disneyland Grad Night (and Day)

• You must ride the bus to Disneyland.

• Meet at SVHS at 8:30am (5/25) to check in. You are responsible for your own transportation to and

  from SVHS.

• Bring money for food.

• You are not allowed to bring food into the park.

• You can eat snacks on the bus as long as you pick up after yourselves.

• May 26 – Return from Disneyland about 6:00am

  May 25 - May 27 - Pick up diplomas - Front office

• You are the only one who will be allowed to pick up your diploma unless you write a letter giving a designated person permission to do so.

• All fines must be paid and books turned in to receive your diploma.
