The Senior Portfolio and Interview process provides a tool for students and all other stakeholders to assess whether students have mastered the Silver Valley High School Expected Schoolwide Learning Results (ESLRs). Moreover, students have the opportunity to reflect on four years of learning and growth to connect their work to postsecondary goals.
Students will demonstrate what they know and are able to do by presenting their portfolios to a committee including school personnel, parents, and other community members.
Successful completion of both the portfolio and exit interview will be required to walk at graduation. It will not be required in order to receive a diploma.
