Notice 2/29/16: The Dashboard (homepage) will not display after a user logs into the system, you will see a warning message instead. The Dashboard is still accessible via the top-right Dashboard link.

User-Name Format is First InitialLast Name

(Example: Bart Simpson = bsimpson).

For password issues, you can try the Forgot Password link on the login page or contact BUSD Support.

Student Portal Status: Operating 

*Verify student portal accounts via the Students>Manage Portal Access or via the students Student Demographic Details Page. If a username is missing, contact ISS.

If students show as not having portal access from your assessment roster page, reset the students password, this should correct the roster error.

Default Student Username : firstname_lastname

• Usernames can include spaces and special characters and sometimes a number if that students shares the same username with another student within the district.
• Check the Students >Manage Portal Access page from your Illuminate Account to view your students portal accounts and their temporary passwords. 
• Teachers manage student accounts such as resetting passwords. To change a students password navigate to their Student Demographic Details page.

To report students missing portal access, contact BUSD Support.
